Kenseth going for third straight

Kenseth the winner of the Daytona 500 and the winner at Auto Club Raceway, will try to go 3 for 3. He is on a role and may win. I think that Jimmie Johnson will be a big contender to break Kenseth`s streak and Johnson will win. Maybe J. Gordon, Mark Martin or even Carl Edwards could win.

My Picks

I have picked a couple of drivers to do very well this year and who will do bad.
Good

• Jimmie Johnson - first he's at hendrick and has an incredible team.
• Mark Martin - new team with all-stars, he fits right in.
• Kyle Bush - he will build onto what he did last year.
• Carl Edwards - he has a chance to win if he can keep up with Kyle or Jimmie.
• Micheal Waltrip - had a break out season last year, he will build off of it.

Bad

• Tony Stewart - he won't do good as a owner and driver.
• Dale Jr. - he might do fine, but not the all-star guy we expect of him.
• Toyota - they still aren't as good as the other manufacturers.

2/7/09

This past Saturday we got a chance to see the first compition of the '09 season. It was a good way to start the season. From this one race I have found out a couple of things.

• Chevy is still dominating as Harvick won, Stewart and J. Gordon were in the top 5
• Toyota is coming along as they had Kyle Bush the lone Toyota in the top 10
• Dodge and Ford are still the middle manufacturers in NASCAR
• If the Budweiser Shootout was this good I can't wait for the Daytona 500 and the rest of the season!

Changes in the offseason

many new things have changed in the offseaon.

• Mark Martin is now on Hendrick's team
• Tony Stewart is now a co-owner of a team that he races for along with Ryan Newman
• new restrictions on testing
• We have a three time champ for only the second time in history

The new season is set to be very interesting.
